Take your Ice Wine Festival experience to the next level with a unique dining experience divided between three estate vineyards with our Progressive Ice Wine Dinner series. Begin at Debonné Vineyards at 6:00PM with your first course, move on to Grand River Cellars for your main course and finish at Cask 307 with dessert! Paired wine pours are included with each course. Each week features a different menu. $69.95 per person includes tax & gratuity. MENU: DV-Lobster Bisque; GRC-Red Wine-Braised Short Rib OR Lemon-Caper Salmon (Lenten) served with Sage Mashed Potatoes & Roasted Garlic-Parmesan Broccoli; CASK-Limoncello Mascarpone Cake.
